The Nissan Mechanic Challenge is a human resources development project launched in 2019. Technical staff selected from Nissan dealerships across the country and students from Nissan Automobile College are taking on the challenge of the SUPER GT/GT300, Japan's premier race. Armed with the technical skills you have cultivated through your daily work, you will not only be able to contribute to victory by maintaining race cars as a member of a team, but you will also be able to strive to acquire skills and experience that cannot be obtained through regular work. It's a valuable experience.

We participate in a variety of in-house club activities, including a golf circle, fishing circle, mountaineering circle, gardening circle, road bike circle, and ball game circle.

We were certified as a "Health and Productivity Management Organization" in the large company category. In addition to the implementation of six health management guidelines and regular health checks, we provide support for health promotion. We have set up a consultation desk so that you can talk to us.

We will assist with tuition fees while you are attending school. If you wish to obtain a national first or second class mechanic qualification, we will provide you with an interest-free scholarship. Many employees have joined our company through this system, so please feel free to contact us.
